About Lakewood Regional Support
Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.
Kitchen Mechanic Repairs, overhauls, maintains and services industrial/commercial cooking and refrigeration units.
Requirements:
Must have an EPA 608 License
Must have previous experience repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots and diagnose problems and determines appropriate repairs.
Repairs or replaces various parts and provides preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Order supplies, parts and maintain inventory, including obtaining bids and negotiating with vendors for parts and repair services.
Other duties as assigned.
