BOSCH Group is seeking an Engineering Specialist I-II for our Roseville, CA semiconductor facility. This on-site role supports Process Control, disposition of discrepant material, yield improvement, and equipment tasks in a high-tech, shift-based environment.

The position requires an AS degree and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, with a focus on reliability, quality and teamwork. A 15% shift premium is provided for the C shift and on-site work is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• AS Degree in Chemistry, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong reading comprehension of technical documents and manuals.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual contributor working in our semiconductor manufacturing facility. As an integral part of our engineering team you will perform work in Process Control, Disposition of Discrepant Material, Troubleshooting Process Issues, Yield Improvement, and assisting Production as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• AS Degree in Chemistry, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, other related discipline or the equivalent in education and directly related work experience.
• Must have the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Good oral and written communication skills and willingness to work on a team. Flexibility and a strong self-initiative are critical.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment with semiconductor products and related manufacturing equipment.
• This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
• The position is eligible for 15% shift premium pay
• Indefinite US work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position varies considerably depending upon qualifications. The base salary range for this position is $26.50-$32.00/ hr. with built in overtime and shift pay. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
