Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline required (preferred).
• Experience with building automation, HVAC, and controls design is highly regarded.
• Background in systems integration or energy management technologies is advantageous.
• Technical sales or applications engineering experience is beneficial for certain roles.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Internship or technical training/certifications considered for early-career candidates.

Responsabilités

• Develop innovative designs for building systems, HVAC controls, and related technologies.
• Configure, program, integrate, and optimize advanced building systems and solutions.
• Design, develop, and improve intelligent building automation and controls for performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams; mentor junior engineers.
• Support ongoing professional growth through training, certifications, and industry events.
