Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering strongly preferred.
• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in technical sales, application engineering, or related technical roles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and specifications.
• Willingness to travel 25%–40% and reside near an airport or relocate.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for customers on design, selection, and application of Rotor Clip products.
• Review engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and materials for applications.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to understand requirements and develop engineered solutions.
• Identify opportunities for custom-engineered solutions and coordinate with Rotor Clip Engineering on new products.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads, projects, quotations, and new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings with customer teams and deliver technical presentations.
