Responsibilities

• Ensure no deviations from the specified requirements of the software.
• Log bugs, features, and enhancements clearly from user reports.
• Write test plans covering wide functionality and interdependencies.
• Ensure software is high quality, easy to use, and easy to understand by users.
• Assist in defining and planning user training and demonstrations.
