Job summary

Ritten is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own the user-facing side of our behavioral health SaaS platform. You will ship polished interfaces, enhance performance, and define patterns to keep a large frontend codebase scalable and maintainable.

This hands-on role partners with Product and Design and emphasizes UX fidelity and accessibility. You'll contribute to best practices, testable code, and collaboration with backend engineers to design APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building modern frontend applications at scale.
• Strong experience with React (or similar frameworks), TypeScript/JavaScript, and CSS-in-JS or modern styling systems.
• Track record of shipping user-facing features in complex SaaS products.
• Strong product sense — you care about usability, design fidelity, and end-user experience.
• Experience working in a large codebase and improving frontend architecture.
• Pragmatic problem-solver with strong communication skills.
• Backend or full stack experience is a plus, though this role is primarily frontend-focused.
• Experience with AI-powered UIs, or workflows is a bonus.

About the Role
