Caterpillar Inc. invites entry‑level engineers to join the Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP). You will rotate through teams across product design, simulations, embedded software, testing, and analytics while mentored by senior engineers.

This 12–18 month program launches careers in Peoria, IL, with a Monday–Friday in‑person schedule. Sponsorship is not available; relocation is possible for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited engineering degree required; degree must be completed before starting.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; relocation and travel willingness.
• 0–12 months of prior work experience for new graduates or interns.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple engineering teams and projects aligned to your skills.
• Contribute to design, validation, and optimization efforts across domains.
