Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an engineer who will rotate through diverse teams to apply mechanical, electrical, and software skills on meaningful projects that impact product performance.

You will design components, run CFD/FEA analyses, perform validation in hands‑on environments, and develop embedded software in C/C++ for electronic control modules, using Matlab/Simulink for control algorithms.

Qualifications

Must have ABET-accredited Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, computer, agricultural, or aerospace engineering; engineering technology; or related technical discipline.
Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
Candidates with prior professional work experience must have 12 months or less of such experience, excluding internships.
Willing to relocate and travel as needed.

Requirements
