Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking ambitious engineering-focused students for an Engineer role. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business from day one through formal training and mentorship across project management, field operations, and business functions.

You'll be exposed to diverse experiences across Clark’s core operations, with hands-on site work, budgeting, estimating, purchasing, and coordination with trade partners.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) or a master's degree, with an expected graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Interest and passion for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities to understand day-to-day and long-term financial management of construction projects.
• Assist with budgeting, estimating, and purchasing to support project development.
• Help with document control: submittals, RFIs, and material tracking.
• Contribute to field management and site logistics coordination to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with trade partners to plan successful field installations and ensure schedule adherence.
• Support project schedule management and coordination of critical project phases.
• Assist in reviewing subcontractor bids and evaluating labor/material costs.
• Contribute to business operations by learning Clark's processes and procedures.
