Our Engineering Rotation Program is a high-impact professional development track designed to build a world-class technical foundation. Over the course of the program, you will move beyond the desk to gain hands‑on experience in high‑tech design centers, heavy‑duty foundries, and advanced manufacturing floors.
The Program Experience
This isn't a "shadowing" program—it’s an immersion. You will be officially hosted by the Innovation Center within our New Product Development group, but your journey will take you across our multi‑divisional operations to learn how we build from the ground up.
