Job summary

Wasatch Product Development, LLC is seeking an Engineering & Projects Manager to lead the West Valley City to Provo relocation and to oversee the comprehensive equipment move, new line commissioning, and startup readiness. You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure GMP-compliant, efficient transition.

After relocation, you will drive capital projects, equipment upgrades, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives while supervising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, or facilities.
• 3+ years leading teams and large capital projects.
• GMP-regulated environment experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility relocation planning and execution from West Valley City to Provo.
• Oversee equipment moves, decommissioning, installation, and startup.
• Design production lines and layouts for the Provo facility.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on build-out and utilities.
• Lead maintenance, safety, and compliance programs; manage CMMS and KPIs.
• Partner with General Manager on relocation budget and project milestones.
