Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in A/E/C recruiting.
• Experience with the full recruiting life cycle.
• Experience with slower-paced, heavy sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions.
• Advertise open positions and actively source candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and assist in offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers and key leaders.
• Act as a consultant to managers to proactively identify hiring needs and provide recruiting solutions.
• Establish and maintain proactive candidate pipeline generation efforts, creating strategic candidate pools to meet long-term hiring needs.
• Interpret job requirements and technical hiring needs to create compelling job advertisements, ensuring consistency in branding, design, and tone.
