Recruit talented engineers, scientists, surveyors, and construction professionals who help build and improve communities across the Northwest.
As our Engineering Recruiter, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts across multiple civil engineering and professional disciplines to help shape the future workforce for a regionally known, respected, and employee-owned civil engineering firm. You'll partner with leaders across multiple disciplines to identify, attract, and hire the engineers, scientists, and professionals who fuel our firm's continued growth across the Northwest.
