Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
• 5+ years experience as a Project Engineer or equivalent in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated project background commensurate with job responsibilities (construction, piping, mechanical and electrical systems, safety and civil works).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation of new projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and timely completion.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and resource requirements to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with strategic goals and develop detailed project plans.
• Develop and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and ROI analyses.
