Job Summary:
Wheeled Product Engineering (WPE) takes pride in developing machine subsystems for Caterpillar’s Wheeled Mining products. With development teams and assembly facilities spread across the globe, the organization presents an amazing opportunity to develop your career and expand your knowledge – technically and culturally! As an Engineering Project Team Leader on the WPE Engine/Power Installation & Cooling (E/PIC) team, you will be leading the team that is responsible for the design and development of engine & cooling installations for Off-Highway Trucks (OHT) and Wheel Tractor Scrapers (WTS). In this role, you will manage a team of engineers in the US while providing guidance to engineering partner organizations in the US and India. You will interact and develop strategies with both leaders in WPE and in the Product teams to ensure that Caterpillar OHT and WTS meet and exceed the future requirements of our customers. We have a fabulous team that is developing some of the most technologically advanced products in the industry and we can’t wait for you to join the team!

Summary Pay Range:
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location,job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
