What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform technical analysis of biogas to renewable and solid waste projects in California and the Western United States
- Manage projects through all phases, including investigation, design, and construction/remediation
- Prepare construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with engineering and regulatory standards
- Prepare proposals and liaise with clients and regulatory agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Geological, or Environmental Engineering
- 3-10 years of engineering project management experience, preferably with biogas or landfill gas projects
- 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification is a plus
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or GIS skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to lead and mentor staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Supervisory experience in engineering project management
- Experience with biogas and landfill gas systems and the solid waste industry
- Proven technical skills in design and/or construction
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite and PDF editors (Bluebeam or Adobe)
- Self-disciplined and motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills
