Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Marketing, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in engineering, brand/product management of equipment or powered products.
• 5+ years in project management for industrial/commercial equipment manufacturing.
• PM experience with cross-functional teams and full system product releases.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership to product development projects including schedules and plans.
• Define product requirements and translate them into project scope and realization goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams with engineering, product management, and operations.
• Manage project cost, scope, schedule, and quality commitments to target costs.
• Drive GDP milestones and design reviews as key progression drivers.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead contingency decisions.
• Coordinate make-vs-buy decisions and logistics considerations.
• Capture and share lessons learned for future projects.
