Job summary

Apple Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives within AiDP, spanning data platforms, ML components, and enterprise analytics. You will lead diverse engineering teams and partner with business units to deliver high-impact programs.

You’ll drive requirements, design reviews, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication while championing user-centric solutions and scalable architecture across Apple’s data landscape.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in a data or software engineering role, with a strong understanding of data warehouse and RDBMS principles.
• 4+ years of managing engineering projects, bringing multiple teams together and marching towards common objectives.
• Experience with database design, SQL and optimization techniques, especially in large-scale data warehousing solutions like Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and delivery of cross-functional platforms and solutions to deliver value to Apple teams.
• Lead high visibility enterprise data platform programs, responsible for roadmaps, establishing OKRs and reporting statuses to leadership regularly and succinctly.
• Drive consensus across multiple groups with varying opinions and needs; influence teams around a common plan of execution.
• Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status.
• Contribute to product definition, identifying and understanding customer needs and priorities, and developing roadmap.
• Build and run processes that allow for the maximum agility and adaptation across AiDP teams.
