Job summary

The Engineering Project Manager at fairlife's Webster, NY plant will own end-to-end capital projects from design through commissioning, validation and operation, partnering with Plant Engineering and Operations to drive improvements in processing, packaging and infrastructure.

You will manage budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven project management and process engineering experience.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects up to $5M.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet plant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Lead design engineering of projects with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and own budget and lifecycle of projects for processing equipment and infrastructure.
• Partner with Plant Engineering, Quality, Safety, Automation, and Operations to troubleshoot.
• Serve as SME for Project Management systems.
