Job summary

Prosperity Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for our Engineering team. The role leads planning, execution and closeout of moderately complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, prepare quotations and reports, and serve as the primary contact for project-related communications. Travel 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent OR relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience or 5 years as a Process Engineer.
• Knowledge of food and/or cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical processes.
• Understanding of P&IDs, isometrics, layouts, 3D drawings and functional descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects according to internal project management system and best practices.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor performance and report costs vs. progress.
• Lead project team meetings and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
