Job summary

HUBER Technology US is seeking a Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to plan, execute and finalize projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate resources, team members and third-party contractors to meet goals and deliverables.

The role requires a technical/engineering background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage scope, milestones, and change orders. Regular presence in Phoenix is expected, with occasional travel to client sites and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline is required.
• 2+ years of work experience in project management or related roles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software tools.
• Fluent English; German or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules and forecasts.
• Process project orders from intake to warranty start.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement for materials and POs.
• Manage project budgets and track performance metrics.
• Define scope, milestones and deliverables aligned with customer goals.
• Lead and guide project activities from start to finish with Team Leader input.
• Develop submittal packages and obtain customer approvals.
