Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget and defined scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships across multiple projects.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and familiarity with industrial gas or cryogenic systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience in industrial and specialty gas industry
• PMP Certification is an asset

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, under budget, and within scope
• Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor
• Communicate expectations and manage the relationship with the customer, team members, and stakeholders
• Build, lead, coach, and motivate project teams
• Ensure resource availability / allocation and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Lead project scope development with all stakeholders to define objectives and quality specifications
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure technical feasibility
• Manage changes to the scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Complete post-project evaluations to determine how well results were achieved
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Responsible for all elements of Job Costing, approving Non TIMS vendor invoices, New customer set-up, TIMS order entry, inventory checkout and updates
