Job summary

Insight Global in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, lead project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements across initiatives.

You will mentor engineering staff, manage milestones, and ensure successful delivery through risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive‑level presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading programs and cross-functional teams.
• Customer-facing experience with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of coordination with client stakeholders
• Lead and mentor engineering team members
• Drive process improvement initiatives across projects
• Support onboarding and training activities
• Lead weekly stakeholder update meetings
• Ensure project kickoff milestones are completed according to established procedures
• Coordinate activities among internal team members and study contractors
• Identify, monitor, and elevate project risks and issues as needed
• Lead client meetings and develop executive-level presentations
• Provide project leadership to ensure successful execution and delivery
