Dynotec in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior Project Architect/Manager to lead project execution, balancing design excellence with client management and team leadership. You will act as primary contact, drive budgets, resources, and schedules, and ensure technical precision across design and construction phases.

This role emphasizes hands-on design, detailed documentation, code analysis, and coordination of sub-consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-year Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited NAAB program.
• 10+ years of full-time professional experience in architectural design, technical documentation, and project administration.
• Architectural License / Registered Architect status is preferred, but not strictly required.
• Proficient user of AutoCAD.
• Working experience in Revit.
• In-depth expertise in architectural detailing, specification writing, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in building code analysis, zoning reviews, and facility assessment reports.
• Proven experience in Construction Administration across active project sites.
• Experience managing project schedules, resource allocation, and fee/budget structures (earned value tracking).
