Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University’s Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) in State College, PA, is seeking an Engineering Project Advisor to support the Data Analysis Department within the Information Science Division. You’ll manage cost, schedule milestones, QA, and collaborate with PIs, PMs, and engineers on classified projects in secure facilities.

The role offers on-site work in State College, PA or Reston, VA with hybrid options based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility for access to Top Secret/SCI is required or must be able to obtain clearance.
• Experience with DoD programs, secure facilities, and subcontract management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and report project cost and schedule milestones; ensure QA processes and deliverables.
• Coordinate subcontract management, including expenditures, invoicing, and CDRLs.
• Coordinate project development processes and executive briefings.
