Job summary

Apple is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to drive security engineering initiatives across our software stack. You will coordinate with Security, Software, Hardware, and Design teams to deliver robust security solutions and integrate security into the development lifecycle.

With 3-5+ years in project or program management, you will influence stakeholders, manage complex programs and help shape security across products and platforms.

Description

In this role, you will collaborate with Security Engineering teams and cross-functional partners to define, plan, prioritize, and track initiatives that strengthen the security posture of our products and platforms. As the central point of coordination, you will drive alignment across Security, Software, Hardware, Design, and other teams to deliver innovative and robust security solutions across our ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring security is seamlessly integrated into the development lifecycle and in delivering technologies that protect users and data across all our operating systems.

Minimum Qualifications

3-5+ years as a Project or Program Manager managing complex, multi-functional projects

Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent work experience in project management

Prefered Qualifications

Experience in security-focused project management or software engineering project management, ideally within a large-scale, cross-functional organization

Strong technical expertise in operating systems, with the ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across large, matrixed organizations

Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and an intellectually curious approach to challenges

Experience in designing and executing effective processes with attention to detail and a highly organized mindset
