Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead engineering teams through the design, testing, and release of new networking products. You will coordinate across hardware, software, product management, supply chain, and other functions to manage schedules, budgets, and scope, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Lead teams through the NPI Engineering development process for HPE Aruba Networking products, managing long-term, complex, multi-functional programs. Collaborate with various departments and external partners to improve processes and ensure product delivery within budget and schedule.

This position is based in Roseville, CA, on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead global programs involving multiple functions and project teams for networking hardware development.
• Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across teams and partners, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Communicate program status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and management.
• Mentor and guide less-experienced staff members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field.
• PMP/PMI certification is preferred.
• Typically 4-6 years of experience.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency with project planning tools and software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing matrixed teams and resources.
• Ability to create and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
