Description

  1. Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
  2. Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
  3. Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals
  4. Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline
  5. Play an active role in improving how capabilities are built in the Apple Services Engineering organization
  6. Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels
  7. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve Apple Services Engineering’s suite of features

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of program management experience, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle
  2. Strong technical proficiency – Machine Learning experience

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience to execute cross-functional and cross-organization project management - ability to work across diverse teams, navigate organizational landscape, build relationships and drive project delivery
  2. Ability to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions & translate into succinct messaging for multi-functional and executive status reporting
  3. Built global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners
  4. Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines
  5. Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
  6. Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization
  7. Be able to work with ambiguity, organize & create order

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
