Job summary

The University of Washington College of Engineering seeks a Program Fee Specialist to manage engineering program and course fees, and support student organizations for financial stewardship. This role coordinates fee planning, reporting, and data management across departments.

Responsibilities include liaising with committees, preparing annual financial materials, and ensuring compliance with university policies. A hybrid remote option is available with in-person work required on some days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in natural science, social science, engineering or humanities.
• Three years of related work experience including project/program management.
• Tracking information and ensuring compliance with established standards; and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics of the Engineering Program Enhancement Fee, including annual review, selection, and reporting.
• Develop and lead training for the fee selection committee.
• Prepare financial information and materials for annual reporting to stakeholders (College, University, public websites).
• Track fee data and maintain reports on effectiveness of the Engineering Program Enhancement Fee.
• Provide purchasing coordination support for ESOs and liaise with ESE and UW Connect Finance.
