Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving large-scale ML-powered programs.
• Ability to handle ambiguities and align multiple teams.
• Excellent program management including cross-stream coordination.
• Knowledge of architectural tradeoffs in complex systems.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Strategic, results-driven, proactive thinker.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Bachelor in Computer Science, AI, ML or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive consensus across groups and align on a common plan.
• Create and manage schedules with dependencies and critical path.
• Identify risks and re-plan to close gaps.
• Keep teams on critical path and minimize distractions.
• Provide timely program updates to executives with objective insight.
• Lead KPI development for relevance, quality, and usage.
• Coordinate alignments across stakeholder teams on new factors.
