Job Description:

At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, ensuring the safety and well-being of our colleagues, guests, and visitors is an integral part of our operations. As an Engineering Paint Supervisor, your attentiveness, efficiency, and commitment will ensure your hotel remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service
• Ensure the overall maintenance of the facility
• Organize, inventory, and procure paint and finishing products and supplies
• Review all Daily Activity Maintenance logs
• Oversee a team of painters in daily operations
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
• Adhere to all safety policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is an asset
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in a hotel required
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is helpful but not required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
