Job summary

Gabriele & Company in the United States (MA) seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Engineering to lead manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and supplier engineering for smart, solar-powered products. You will drive world-class quality, efficiency, and scalability across the U.S. operation and partner networks.

You will mentor a cross-functional team of roughly 30 and translate strategic goals into lean, CAPA-driven plans, supporting new product introductions and scalable production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
• 15+ years in manufacturing/operations engineering with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience leading teams in mixed electromechanical production (renewables/IoT).
• Strong lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• ERP/MRP experience; ISO 9001 familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and supplier engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput and safety.
• Oversee ISO and regulatory system implementation.
• Translate strategic objectives into tactical plans to improve quality, cost, delivery.
• Support new product introductions and scaling.
