Job summary

Interns work with operations leadership and engineering teams, gaining experience in process, data management, and reporting while contributing to projects and mentorship within the Northern White Sand market.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering (mining, mechanical, industrial, chemical) or related field.
• Enrolled at an accredited college or university.
• Interest in mining, industrial operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in field and industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply safety principles including PPE, MSHA rules, hygiene, inspections.
• Gain understanding of mining processes: drilling, blasting, haulage, surveying.
• Understand wet processes, drying, screening, loading, quality control, data management.
• Assist operations staff with technical problems and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
