Job summary

MEDICAMEN BIOTECH LIMITED in New York seeks engineers to maintain process equipment, HVAC, utilities, and purified water systems. You will perform planned preventive maintenance and calibrations to ensure reliable operation.

You will validate/revalidate HVAC, isolators, air showers, and dynamic pass boxes; troubleshoot through the quality management system; optimize boiler and water usage; and help develop SOPs, protocols, and records to improve equipment efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Desired candidate should be ITI/DME/DEE/BE/B.Tech.
• He should be from Pharma formulation background.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective Operation and Maintenance of Process Equipment, HVAC, Utility, Purified water generation and distribution system.
• Execution of planned preventive maintenance of process equipment, calibrations.
• Execution of planned validation / revalidation of HVAC, Isolator, Air Shower, Dynamic Pass box.
• Handling the troubleshooting through quality management system.
• Ensure proper utilisation of Boiler, HVAC and water system.
• Imparting training, develop down the line skilled workforce and improve people and equipment efficiency.
• Develop, improve and implement SOP’s, Protocols and other record format relevant to repair and maintenance function.
