Job summary

UES is offering a hands-on Marketing Internship in Irving, TX, designed for aspiring professionals pursuing business, marketing, or communications degrees. You’ll work on RFQs, RFPs, project collateral, and content creation alongside experienced teams in a technical A/E/C environment.

You’ll build a portfolio with cut sheets, résumés, case studies, and capstone projects, gaining insight into how engineering expertise drives growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research, writing, editing, and production of RFQs, RFPs, and client-focused collateral.
• Create polished project cut sheets and professional résumés for UES offices.
• Take and curate project photography to showcase our work.
• Support pursuit organization, filing, and other administrative tasks that keep the marketing team running smoothly.
• Gain insight into the link between engineering expertise and business growth through exposure to technical service lines and client-facing deliverables.
