Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in manufacturing / production environments.
• Ability to interface with plant personnel and management.
• Union negotiations experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and confirm OS standards applied throughout the area.
• Facilitate Results Process using standard tools and processes.
• Coach and develop teams to achieve SQDCPME objectives.
• Lead resolution of abnormalities and validate corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to prevent reoccurrence and improve performance.
• Plan maintenance tasks, monitor completion, and drive improvements.
