• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the future product plan for air suspension and hydraulic lift systems.
• Lead product engineering team to meet program milestones.
• Interface with customers for tech reviews and meetings.
• Support sales growth and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate test and development priorities.
• Develop and motivate engineering personnel, including training.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Calibrate vehicles for suspension control functions to meet performance targets.
