Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• 6+ years of frontend or fullstack engineering experience.
• Proven track record of motivating and mentoring senior engineers.
• Experience building product roadmaps with product, design and data-science partners.
• Proven ability to balance technical quality with feature delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication in cross-functional settings.
