Who you are

• 3+ years leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring developers; distributed team experience is a plus.

• Experienced in agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with GNU/Linux distributions, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
