Responsibilities

1. Build and lead a distributed team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and career development.
2. Contribute technically to achieve team goals, demonstrating sound engineering principles.
3. Support timely delivery of solutions addressing business needs.
4. Manage expectations with engineering teams, management, and stakeholders.
5. Promote modern, agile software development practices and organizational excellence.

Candidate Profile
