Job summary

Teradyne's Integrated System Test division leads engineering for the Titan HP 100 platform after release to customers. You will guide a multidisciplinary team responsible for reliability, platform improvements, cost reduction, and software-release readiness.

You will balance customer needs, installed-base stability, and throughput while collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, SQA, and Customer Engineering. This on-site role is located in North Reading, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in engineering field.
• 10+ years of product engineering experience with complex electromechanical systems.
• 3+ years of direct people-leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of a shipping product with reliability improvements.
• Ability to lead across hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and customer-facing functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Titan HP 100 product engineering team; set priorities and development plans.
• Own reliability, uptime, and yield; drive root-cause analysis and permanent corrective action.
• Deliver platform and software improvements while protecting installed-base stability.
• Translate customer and Product Management needs into capabilities and controlled introductions.
• Drive product-cost improvements while balancing reliability, throughput, supply continuity, and customer needs.
