As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow a world-class team of engineers dedicated to ensuring our systems meet the needs of an evolving electric grid across the planet. You will be responsible for the technical strategy and infrastructure that powers our global deployments in countries like Chile, Australia, and the U.S.
You are a technical leader who excels at building high-performing engineering teams from the ground up. You enjoy bridging the gap between high-level product vision and deep technical architecture, ensuring our distributed systems are as resilient as the physical grids they model.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000 - $304,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
