X Development, LLC seeks an Engineering Manager to lead Tapestry’s Data Platform within the NYC hub. You’ll drive architecture for an agentic data system that turns raw grid data, imagery, and geospatial inputs into a high‑fidelity digital grid model, guiding teams through ambiguity to production readiness.
You will mentor senior engineers, own critical reviews, and help establish a strong engineering culture as the team grows, delivering scalable, reliable data tools for complex grid challenges.

This is a global effort. Tapestry supports partners across the U.S., U.K., Chile, New Zealand, Australia, and Brazil as they work toward a cleaner, more resilient energy future.
Joining Tapestry means doing high‑impact work with a multidisciplinary team tackling a problem that matters at global scale.

You will lead teams through ambiguous charters, ensuring our data infrastructure isn’t just a repository, but an active, intelligent participant in solving grid complexity.
