Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage BA System Support, oversee lab and IT infrastructure, and guide engineering teams. You will shape budgets, drive scalable initiatives, and partner with senior leadership to align IT resources with program goals.

You will coach technical staff, balance cost and risk, and represent the team in cross-functional forums to advance program outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelors in a related field required; strong leadership experience expected.
8+ years in progressive engineering roles, with at least 4+ years in management.
A track record of building high-performing technical teams and hiring/coaching.

Responsibilities

Laptop/hardware provisioning for specialized configurations and edge requests.
Server setup and maintenance for BA systems and program support environments.
Lab management oversight and partnership with the lab manager on operations.
System administration: define job expectations and scope for sysadmins.
CMMC compliance support and execution.
Program systems support to ensure IT/infrastructure delivery on adhoc cadence.
Lead, coach, and grow technical staff; manage performance and career development.
Own the budget for BA System Support and participate in annual planning.
Drive scalability, automation, and a cost-effective approach across the org.
Represent the team in cross-functional forums and negotiate for business goals.
