Job summary

CACI is seeking a hands-on Integration Team Manager to lead a team developing, maintaining, and improving infrastructure that supports pre-mission configuration management and post-mission data workflows for the warfighter.

The role requires strong Linux, scripting and Agile leadership, with responsibilities spanning roadmaps, mentoring, and resolving complex issues. On-site in Austin, TX with travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Linux experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a technical team.
• Understanding of virtualization, containers, and hypervisor software.
• Experience with distributed systems and networking automation tools.
• Experience leading Agile development teams.
• Willing to travel ~10% and work a hybrid schedule in Austin, TX.
• Willing to obtain TS/SCI clearance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that builds, deploys, configures, and maintains existing software systems.
• Mentor and support staff engineers on technical topics.
• Lead roadmaps and technical planning activities.
• Refine and enhance applications to meet requirements.
• Travel onsite to assist with integration as needed.
• Profile, analyze, and optimize legacy software systems.
