Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with SolidWorks experience.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams in sheet metal, fabrication or machining.
• Ability to bridge design and production with hands-on leadership.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, CNC programmers, and engineers.
• Drive autonomy and tackle technical challenges across processes.
