The Seller Growth Engineering team helps new sellers succeed—from application to first livestream to building thriving businesses. Within Seller Growth, the Seller Lifecycle Growth/Enterprise team builds systems that provide every seller with knowledge, guidance, and confidence to activate, grow, and scale.
As Engineering Manager for Seller Lifecycle Growth/Enterprise, you will lead a team that builds Whatnot’s seller onboarding and education platform, owning systems that identify seller potential early and power differentiated onboarding and education experiences based on predicted long‑term value. You partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to craft personalized educational experiences throughout the seller journey and define the technical strategy for coaching sellers to success.
This unique opportunity involves building both customer‑facing experiences and the underlying content systems, tooling, and platform capabilities that enable consistent, voice‑aligned seller education across product and internal teams.
