You will stay hands-on while guiding cross-functional teams across security, research, and engineering to deliver reliable runtimes and tooling. The role emphasizes building scalable infrastructure, effective cross-team collaboration, and guiding teams through a fast-paced environment focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant experience building and operating large-scale platforms or distributed systems.
• Experience leading teams that build platforms or agents at scale.
• Strong interest in safe deployment of advanced AI systems.
• Experience with container or VM orchestration at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and roadmap, translating goals into concrete execution.
• Manage day-to-day execution of the team's work.
• Prioritize the team’s work and manage projects in a dynamic environment.
• Stay hands-on: build and ship the runtime platform and tooling.
• Define secure agent execution standards at scale, collaborating with security teams.
• Build primitives that are reusable across agents.
• Own infrastructure scalability and reliability: capacity planning across cloud providers.
• Collaborate cross-team, supporting internal teams bringing up their agents.
