Job summary

Anthropic in San Francisco seeks an engineering manager to lead the Scheduler team, owning the scheduling platform, job-launch tooling, and fleet-efficiency systems. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery against milestones while partnering with capacity planning, research, and product teams to optimize compute usage.

You will mentor engineers, define the roadmap for scheduler capabilities, and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture in a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities
