You will partner with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable, secure platforms aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate is a strong people manager with deep technologist experience, capable of elevating engineering capabilities and driving impact across the organization.

Qualifications

8+ years of engineering experience and a proven track record leading multiple teams.
Experience scaling engineering organizations and delivering complex software.
Strong foundation in software architecture, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
Ability to balance technical depth with strategic leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers, tech leads, and individual contributors across teams.
Provide strategic technical direction with architecture and product leadership.
Drive engineering excellence: code quality, observability, automation, DevOps maturity.
Establish KPIs, drive continuous improvement, optimize structures and processes.
